How to Prepare for this Facial Lymphatic Master Class:👇

~ Drink Pleanty of Water💧starting 24 hours prior to class & bring your own water bottle

~ Arrive atleast 10-15 minutes early

~ Come with NOTHING on your Face, Neck or Décolletage - no cream, no serums, no sunscreen, no makeup (including eyes and eyebrows) should be worn & yes I do mean nothing 😉

~ Wear a tank top, bralette, tube top or something you feel comfortable in so that you can pull down the straps (Clothing should not hinder access to the neck and décolletage)

~ You may want to bring your own Notebook or Journal📓 to take notes, I will provide you with a manual, paper & writing utensils
